My girlfriend and I made these one night when we were looking for ‘something quick’. I have to say they were one of the most delicious recipes I have made in a long time! So full of flavour, packed with quality nutrition and (of course) very healthy. You could always add a scoop of jasmine rice to your wraps if you are looking to have them as a post workout meal. I recommend making a big batch because it keeps so well for meals in the week.
1 Table spoon of coconut oil.
1KG of ground turkey mince.
2 Pressed garlic cloves.
1 finely chopped, large white onion.
1/2 Cup of stir fry or hoisin sauce.
4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
2 Tablespoons of Sriracha sauce.
4 Spring onions, chopped.
2 Tablespoons of freshly grated ginger.
1 Iceberg lettuce.
