A huge amount of your success comes from how you fuel your body. This actually stretches beyond exercise and physical appearance.

Some of the most successful business people I have had the privilege of training have told me how key their diet is to them performing in their profession, improving decision making as well as avoiding illness, disease, dealing with stress, pressure and having the energy to balance their professional, family and social lives accordingly, whilst maintaining a high level of personal health and fitness. It is crazing to think that around 80% of this success comes from fuelling your body accordingly, but it’s true!
