If like me you have a pretty sweet tooth, give these a try! You can make up a batch and refrigerate or even freeze them if need be.
- 50g Vanilla/Choclate Whey Isolate Protein
- 30g Cocoa Powder
- 30g Coconut Flour
- 2 Tea Spoons Of Stevia
- 75ml Coconut Milk
- 15-20g Dessicated Coconut
Mix together the first 5 ingredients listed until incorporated
Mould into 12 balls in the palm of your hand
Spread dessicated coconut onto a plate and roll the balls in the coconut
Freeze until set, then store in the fridge or freezer until you want to eat them.
Okay, this isn’t strictly a breakfast. In fact, you could make a batch of these and have them at any point of the day! They are so tasty and keep you full for a while because they are so high in quality protein.
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
2 tbs Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop of Protein powder, chocolate
2-4 drops Peppermint extract (or to taste)
Small drizzle of maple syrup
Heaped teaspoon of coconut oil
1/2- 1 cup water (Alter this according to desired consistency)
Throw everything in a blender and blend until smooth, refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
