He holds some of the leading industry qualifications, and has worked alongside some of the leading fitness and performance coaches around the world.
My personal training career began in 2007, with it being such a fast moving industry; many things have changed since then. Sadly the fundamental reasons people struggle to reach their goals hasn’t. These days with busy work and family lives, I regularly hear my clients saying they struggle to find the time or money to balance all aspects of work and family life and still train and eat consistently. Equally gym memberships, coaching and quality food all come at a cost. With rising living expenses, sadly this isn’t sustainable for most people.
Over time I began to realise these people had a point. Getting fit and healthy IS a lifestyle and an expensive one if you don’t know how. And a lifestyle is a 24/7 thing , working long hours, looking after family commitments and then trying to maintain some sort of social life for some people means their own health falls down the list of priorities. I began developing and perfecting methods that achieve results in short spaces of time, without expensive equipment or gym memberships, meaning clients can now achieve the same results training for 20-30 minutes. My clients train any time of day at any place that suits them. My online tracking platform allows me to give them the knowledge which has taken me over 10 years to perfect, to ensure they are fuelling their bodies with delicious, whole food meals, at the right times. They are also able to stay in regular contact with me to answer their questions every step of the way. Being able to finally deliver this to my clients at an affordable cost, meant I could now genuinely eliminate the 2 biggest obstacles which have hampered clients over the years, time and cost.
